QUALITY MANAGEMENT POLICY

It is the policy of this company to satisfy the requirements of our clients by carrying out and completing construction works:

1. In conformance with agreed specified requirements.

2. Within agreed programmes.

3. Within cost budgets.

In order to achieve these aims all staff involved in activities carried out by this company will implement the procedures and audits for which they are responsible in accordance with our Quality Management System, as required by BS 5750 Part 2:1987 / ISO 9002-1987.

Accordingly every member of staff is trained to understand and perform the duties required of him or her.

In implementing Quality Management in our company we aim to maximise efficiency, customer service and tendering opportunity.

I am responsible for the formulation, implementation and monitoring of this company’s Quality Management System and will submit regular reports on its achievement to the Board of Directors.
